1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on the 77ace platform (including all associated subpages, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of 77ace regardless of jurisdiction, device type, or access method.

Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with any promotional material, help page, or customer communication, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless an explicit written exception has been provided by 77ace.

77ace reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the User's responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 77ace platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 77ace conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts opened by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held will be subject to review.
• Jurisdiction: It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your province, territory, or jurisdiction within Pakistan before registering. 77ace makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform does not constitute legal advice.
• Single Account: Each individual user may hold only one 77ace account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77ace are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed within your 77ace account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77ace balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are not under 77ace's sole control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and active responsible gaming limit compliance. 77ace reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification.
• 77ace does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully met.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77ace platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game, or event as detailed within the platform's help and game information sections. General provisions include:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet ID is generated and displayed to the User. Bets pending confirmation are not deemed accepted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User unless cancellation functionality is explicitly provided for that market.
• 77ace reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where technical or data feed errors have materially affected the offered odds.
• PSL, international cricket, UFC, boxing, and all other sportsbook markets are subject to the specific event rules applicable to each sport and competition.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per account. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or on request from support.
• In the event of disputes regarding bet outcomes, the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL matches) shall be used as the determining reference.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77ace may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all 77ace promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 77ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent claim patterns.
• Placing bets with bonus funds does not constitute a guarantee of payout. All games and betting markets carry inherent risk of loss regardless of whether bonus or real money funds are in use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ace platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 77ace staff or other users.
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures or responsible gaming limits by creating new accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, databases, text, graphics, and other materials on the 77ace platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 77ace or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, sell, redistribute, scrape, or otherwise exploit any 77ace content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 77ace intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ace, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill caused by platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.

The 77ace platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ace makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

10. Privacy & Data

77ace collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including but not limited to name, Pakistani CNIC details, mobile number, and payment method information — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. 77ace does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 77ace support. Certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes beyond the closure of your account.

11. Responsible Gaming

77ace is committed to providing a gambling environment that supports responsible play. The following responsible gaming tools are available on every account and may be activated at any time through your account dashboard following 77ace Login:

• Deposit limits – set maximum deposit amounts per day, week, or month.
• Loss limits – automatically pause your account when a defined loss threshold is reached.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77ace regarding any bet outcome, transaction, account action, or other platform matter, you should first raise the issue with 77ace customer support. 77ace will investigate all formally submitted complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes not resolved through the support process may be escalated through the dispute resolution process described in your account terms at time of registration.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
